Generators & lv boards

We supply, service, and maintain generators equipped with Cummins or Perkins engines, Leroy-Somer or Stamford alternators, and DeepSea controllers.

Our generators range between 5KVA and 4000KVA.

We supply backup solutions to commercial centers, residential apartments, industries, farms, office suites, hospitals and government institutions. 

We give warranties of up to 1000 running hours and a free first service at 250 hours.

Portable Generators

  • We supply Silent, portable Diesel generators, Air cooled, 3000rpm, Key start with battery, AVR and Automatic Switch panels.
  • They range from 5kVA to 12kVA Single phase and 3 Phase.

Small Generators

  • We supply silent small generators, water cooled, 1500rpm 50Hz 415/240V with sound attenuated canopy, AMF panel and Automatic Change over switch Panel.
  • Their capacities range between 12KVA and 75kVA.
  • They are suitable for homes, residential apartments, fuel stations, boreholes, schools etc.

Medium Generators

  • Our medium generators range from 100kVA to 330kVA capacities.
  • They are silent diesel generators, Water cooled, 1500rpm, 50Hz 415/240V with sound attenuated canopy, AMF panel and have Automatic Change over switch.
  • They are commonly used in the light industries and institutions such as big hospitals, colleges, malls, office suites and residential apartments.
  • We also have open-sets that are designed for farms and quarries.

Big Generators

  • Our big generators range from 350kVA to 4000kVA capacities.
  • They are silent diesel generators, Water cooled, 1500rpm 50Hz 415/240V with sound attenuated canopy, AMF panel and have Automatic Change over switch.
  • They are used in the heavy industries such as manufacturing and processing.
  • We also have open-sets that are designed for farms and quarries.

Alternators

Our Generators come outfitted with Leroy Somer or Stanford alternators for smooth and efficient power generation.

The windings of the stator (the stationary part) and the rotor (the rotating part) in our alternators are made of copper to ensure excellent electrical conductivity and durability.

Synchronization/ Parallel Operation & Load Sharing

  • Depending on the client’s power needs, we have the capacity to synchronize two or more generators to work together in parallel to meet the load demands.

      • Longer system life

Load Analysis, Site surveys Design, Training & Installations

  • Using a special load analyzer, we collect a week-long data of your power usage and then process the data through our special software to give an accurate measure of the generator size you need to power your project.
  • After doing the site survey, we give a report that advices on equipment sizing.
  • Upon purchase, we cover the costs of delivery, labor on installation and commissioning, as well as providing basic operator training at no additional cost. 
  • We sale installation materials at very competitive rates.

Genetrator sizing, installation and fitting

When installing a generator, we advise the client on:

  • The generator should be placed in a well ventilated room with strong reinforced concrete base.
  • To purchase the proper cable size.
  • To ensure there is an exhaust extension from the generator room.
  • Ensure proper earthing of the generator.
  • How to ensure environmental friendly low noise levels; both for the open-set and the silent generators.
